from 1940 until 1943. It has both the shoulder boards and embroidered sleeve rank. Very rare
magenta piping which would designate this individual as a chief harbor
master (preliminary research show that there was only two General officers who held this rank). The
interior features a tailor's label sewn in the left breast pocket. This is a very rare piece of
