NSKK Leaders chained dagger by Carl Eickhorn. This beautiful dagger features a stunning
rich brown grip with an aluminum eagle and SA button. The silver plated upper and lower
crossguards have a very high amount of their plating. The tang nut is unturned. The
blade is a beauty showing the original crossgraining along with the Eickhorn trademark
and RZM stamp. The center scabbard mounting is a period refit being refitted after
the NSKK moved to having a chained dagger for its leaders instead of the earlier
style. The chains' links show excellent detail in the alternating swastika and
eagle links. The links that connect the chain to the scabbard on the reverse
are stamped with the RZM code and NSKK… The scabbard paint is original showing
minor, normal wear to the bare metal. Overall, this is a highly desirable
and rare dagger. SOLD. More Pictures |

frog. The frog is missing one of the rivets. The grip is free of cracks and chips. The
Red Cross eagle on the lower crossguard has excellent detail. The scabbard paint has
normal scratches and wear. The blade is in very good condition having areas
light "smudging". Don't touch the blades and if you do, wipe them clean with a

DLV (Early Luftwaffe) by Paul Weyersberg. This is a beautiful example of pre/ early Luftwaffe
edge weaponry. " The grip and crossguard have brass high-relief, sunwheel swastikas giving a
gilt appearance. The grip leather shows age and minor usage but is in very
good condition. One of the characteristics of these daggers is the leather over wood
scabbard that accounts for the unevenness of the scabbard. The reverse of each of the
scabbard fittings is joined by staples, another characteristic of DLV's. The original
leather is in great condition with some compression being evident at the bottom near the
lower scabbard fitting. The reverse of the upper scabbard fitting is etched
with "106". The blade is marked Paul Weyersberg with a DLV acceptance stamp. The
blade is in near mint condition. $1999. More Pictures |

has a high definition eagle on the black hardwood grip. The pommel cap has a bright

minor scratches on the silver suspension clip. The blade is near mint, showing the
least amount of in and out wear. The Weyersberg stamp is crisp. This piece would be

reads, "For remembrance of my service days". The pommel has several nicks and
scratches but this is common in these blades. The checkerboard grips are 100%. The

RAD Leader's hewer. This an excellent example showing a high amount of original
lacquer. The stylized pommel eagle has no lifting to the head and has excellent
detail. The white age patinaed grip plate on the obverse side shows a "Y" shaped
hairline crack which is common to these beautiful daggers. The lower crossguard
displays the RAD emblem with good detail. Blade shows llight graying in areas but
this does not detract from the overall appearance. The RAD motto, "Arbeit adelt" is
deeply etched with excellent background burnishing. The scabbard displays much of
the original factory lacquer which is not common and good to see. However, there
are areas where the silver finish has worn off towards the tip of the obverse
side. Given the condition of the rest of the hewer and the age yellowing caused
by the lacquer this is barely noticeable. $2495. More Pictures |

RAD subordinate hewer with Full stag grips by Carl Eickhorn. RAD's are becoming harder
to find at shows as they disappear into collections. This hewer is made more rare by
having the "full-stag" grips. Typically, we see the stylized eagle' head in partial
metal. The earlier ones came with "full-stag". This dagger also has a stamped number
107 preceded by a worn "Fu" for Fuehrer or leader. Not an officer hewer but
probably an NCO carried this piece. The obverse of the scabbard shows good but
worn silver plating to the fittings. The reverse shows that the silver plating
on the upper scabbard fitting is pretty worn probably due to carrying. The black
painted scabbard has lost much of its original paint. The blade has grayed
significantly, having lost much of its original finish. There is no rust or
pitting. The small Eickhorn squirrel further indicates early manufacture. The
motto "Atbeit adelt" (work ennobles), is deeply etched but has lost its
burnish. This is a rare piece even with consideration given to its worn
appearance. $1675. More Pictures |

commemorating the owner's service days with a "Light Flak" unit. The panel is deeply
acid etched reflecting the high quality that EPS pieces are known for. The checkerboard
grip plates are in excellent condition as is the blade. Although this bayonet is not
maker marked, EPS is evident by the rivets used to secure the grip plated. EPS was the
only maker to use this type of rivet. $850. More Pictures |

areas but these do not detract from the overall appearance of this very
rare dagger.. The motto for the NPEA, " Mehr sein als scheinen" (Be greater than you seem) has a

Rural Police Bayonet by Weyersberg. This bayonet features beautiful stag grip plates and
grip eagle. The plates are accented by the stylized eagle's head pommel and oak leaf motif
on the lower crossguards. There are the letters GTr. 5920 stamped on the reverse of the
lower guard. The brown leather scabbard indicates "rural police". The blade on this is
bright except for some darkening towards the tip. The obverse of the blade shows a
stamped knight's head. The reverse is stamped "Weyersberg, Kirchbaum…". The frog is
stamped and dated 1928. It was common to use pre-Third Reich police bayonets and
convert for use by the Third Reich police by affixing the eagle and shortening the
blade. This one has a shortened blade. A great piece. $875. More Pictures |

areas of minor graying but this is a beautiful example of an pre- early war Army
dagger. $995. More Pictures |
