Luftwaffe officer's dagger by E. Pack & Sohne (rare maker). I was
fortunate to pick up a second one of these by this maker. This dagger
features an off-white celluloid grip with what appears to be a gold
tone wire wrap. It looks really elegant. The deeply cast lower crossguard
gives the eagle excellent detail. The silvered scabbard mounts contrast
nicely against the darkened pebble grain of the scabbard. The blade is in
very good condition with no rust or peppering. $975. More Pictures |

Luftwaffe "mini" dagger commercially promoting the "Barvarian Coal and Bricket Service - Munich" made
by SMF. This is truly a great example of a salesman's "give-away" promoting a local
company. Certainly not a salsman sample promoting SMF. This miniature dagger features
a deep orange celluloid grip with mini Luftwaffe eagle lower crossguard. The scabbard is
the flat style most often seen in minis. This is a great example
of a miniature piece. $725. More Pictures |

Luftwaffe general's hangers with belt loop. These hangers feature gilded surfaces on the
clips and buckles. Period wear is eveident. The woven straps still retain the aluminum
threads woven in the fabric. The "D" ring that connects the hangers to the belt loop
also displays traces of the original gilt. There is minor fraying (by use) to the
loop's fabric but this does not detract from the overall desirability of this unmarked
rare piece. $900. More Pictures |

DLV (Early Luftwaffe) by Paul Weyersberg. This is a beautiful example of pre/ early Luftwaffe
edge weaponry. " The grip and crossguard have brass high-relief, sunwheel swastikas giving a
gilt appearance. The grip leather shows age and minor usage but is in very
good condition. One of the characteristics of these daggers is the leather over wood
scabbard that accounts for the unevenness of the scabbard. The reverse of each of the
scabbard fittings is joined by staples, another characteristic of DLV's. The original
leather is in great condition with some compression being evident at the bottom near the
lower scabbard fitting. The reverse of the upper scabbard fitting is etched
with "106". The blade is marked Paul Weyersberg with a DLV acceptance stamp. The
blade is in near mint condition. $1999. More Pictures |
