Japanese Edged Weapons

0710EWJ1 - Japanese Naval officer's dirk. This beautiful piece features surisaya (stingray skin) wrapped grip and scabbard. The grip is pebbled skin and scabbard is smooth. The metal fittings are brass. The chrysanthemum on the grip is finely detailed and tight fitting. The push button that locks the dirk into the scabbard is tight and works fine. No loose blade on this piece. The blade is in excellent condition. $850. More Pictures
