1610JHEL3 - Imperial Japanese Army Type 90 helmet with cover. This near mint helmet displays no signs of wear. The olive drab painted finish displays light storage age and wear. The interior displays a complete unworn leather liner with tie strings. There is Japanese Kanji along the rear and side of the helmet a minute maker's stamp is on the rear. The cover presents light storage age and is complete except for some very minor separations along the bottom rim on the cover. 169JHEL1 - Early Imperial Japanese Naval Marine Landing Forces Type 92 model helmet w/net, missing one metal hanger for the cotton chinstrap tie. This early helmet presents a slightly lower dome compared to the more commonly seen Japanese mbat helmet. The front features the familiar Anchor and cherry blossom insignia. 169JHEL2 - Very rare early 1st model Japanese Marine Naval Landing Forces helmet. This helmet is designed in the "Adrian" style of the French military. The helmet features the naval anchor and cherry blossom insignia on the front. The crown presents the ventilation holes in the shape of a blossom. The naval gray finish displays normal age and wear. The first model IJN helmet was worn until 1932 at which time it was replaced by the Type 92, second style. 1511JH2 - Imperial Japanese Army nco/enlisted field hat. This wool cap features a partial yellow star machine sewn to the front. The wool body is light olive drab in color. The leather chinstrap is secured by two brass buttons. There are three ventilation holes on each side of the cap. The Interior is lined with a cotton fabric that is heavily stamped with the Japanese Army acceptance stamps.
